After winning the Diamond, Ria Wells-Graziano left FireStar without a bearer. A tournament was conducted to determine who would hold the Red Opal.

The tournament was refereed by Alexndria Wells-Graziano. Eight duelists entered the tournament, including: Kheldar Drasinia, Xerzes Maureen, Nerastér Fangrin, Maetel, Anubis Karos, Chris Graziano, Iris Kokouri, and Stick.

The format of the event was double elimination, and after several rounds of fighting, Nerastér Fangrin came out the winner to claim the Red Opal, FireStar.

After Warlord Cassius Maximius' challenge to Baron of the 12th, Elijah Basia Uhr, went unanswered, the challenge was turned over to the Baron's Council for review. After deliberations, the Council elected to strip Elijah of the Barony and to appoint a champion to face. The Council selected warlord Karen Wilder to serve as champion.

No date has been announced yet for the proxied challenge to take place.

If Warlord Cassius defeats Council champion Wilder, the title will be his. If he fails, the Barony will be awarded as a prize in the next Warlord's Tourney.
