After winning the Diamond, Ria Wells-Graziano left FireStar without a bearer. A tournament was conducted to determine who would hold the Red Opal.The tournament was refereed by Alexndria Wells-Graziano. Eight duelists entered the tournament, including: Kheldar Drasinia, Xerzes Maureen, Nerastér Fangrin, Maetel, Anubis Karos, Chris Graziano, Iris Kokouri, and Stick.
The format of the event was double elimination, and after several rounds of fighting, Nerastér Fangrin came out the winner to claim the Red Opal, FireStar.
