Seven duelists entered Diamond Quest XXXVIII including: Max Blue, Gork, Xerzes Maureen, Harris D'Artainian, Cassius Maximius, Matt Simon, and Bode Bojangles. Fought in double-elimination format, Gork came out the winner of the winner's bracket, and Xerzes Maureen the loser's bracket. Coming face to face, Xerzes was able to pull off two straight victories to win the Diamond.
