A tourney was held to determine who would hold the Black Opal, aka ShadowWeaver, which has been holderless since Harris won the Diamond Quest.

Ultimately, only two duelers showed up to fight for the Opal, Ria Wells-Graziano and Jigglypuff.

Fought in a "best of three" format, the match only required two duels. Ria defeated the puffball 5-1 in 6 rounds and then 5-1 in 7 giving her claim to the prize.
