Ticallion Carter challenged and faced Angelina Darkling for the right to bear the Black Opal, aka ShadoWeaver.

As is custom, the match was fought in the best of three format. Angel was able to win the first duel in a close 5-4 in 11 rounds. Ticallion came back in the second duel, winning 5-1 in 6 short rounds. The final duel went to sudden death, with Ticallion scoring the final point, winning 5-4 in 10, to claim the Opal.
