In challenge that was only announced moments before it took place, Casey Shiv Blade challenged and fought Tareth Thorn for possession of the yellow Opal, MoonBeryl.

Casey won the challenge by winning two straight duels in a best of three format, both of which went into sudden death. The first duel ended 5-4 in 12 rounds, the second ended 5-4 in 9 rounds.
