Baron Grayson MacLeod gave challenge to Overlord Damien Mortis. This was the second time that Grayson challenged Overlord Mortis. The first time, which was unsuccessful, was a week after Damien won the title from Karen Wilder in March of this year.

Despite throwing a Test of Worthiness at Grayson (negated by Max Blue's defeat of tester Cletus Ganderfald), Grayson came out the victor, defeating Damien 5-3 in 9 rounds to become the new Overlord.
