Methous de Amber, recipient of the Overlord Grant, challenged and faced Topaz for the 8th Baron's ring. Fought in a single, winner-take-all style, Topaz succeeded in maintaining her title by winning 5-4 in 7 rounds.

In an unannounced challenge, Gork attempted to take the Red Opal, aka FireStar, from Anubis Karos. Fought in the best-of-three format, Anubis won the first duel 5-2 in 6 rounds, lost the second 3-5 in 10, and won the last 5-3 in 9 to retain his title.
