Anubis Karos gave challenge and faced Grayson MacLeod for the right to bear the Blue Opal, aka IceDancer.

Fought in the traditional "best of three" format, it took all three duels to settle the challenge. Grayson was able to fend off Anubis in the first duel, 5-3 in 9 rounds. However, the challenger was able to win the next two duels, 5-2 in 6 then 5-3 in 8, to become the bearer of IceDancer.
